Oxygen scoops two SAP Customer Excellence Awards

Oxygen has won two SAP Customer Awards of Excellence in this year’s annual awards programme.

Announced at an awards lunch held at the Sydney Opera House on August 30, Oxygen won ‘Best SAP CRM’ for Integria Healthcare and ‘Best SAP ERP with Channel’ for Pacific Hydro.

The two wins continue a successful tradition in the awards for Oxygen. The company has been a consistent winner since 2005 and now has a total of 12 awards to its name,  including ‘Best SAP Innovation’ for Alinta’s SAP strategy project and ‘Best mySAP CRM’
Project with SCA Hygiene Australasia.

Oxygen’s General Manager, Consulting - Australia, Stuart Dickinson, says the company is extremely delighted these customers have been acknowledged with wins in the award program.

“Both award winning projects represent innovative deployments of SAP software to meet specific customer needs. A trusted relationship between implementation partner and customer is the foundation on which all successful projects are built. We go to great lengths to understand our customers’ individual requirements and apply our expert knowledge of SAP to achieve the right business outcomes.”

The ‘Best SAP CRM’ award was for Oxygen’s SmartStart implementation of SAP CRM7.0. Completed in just eight weeks, the project allowed Integria to provide sophisticated mobile CRM functionality to its sales representatives.

Damien Wilson-Brown, Integria’s Sales Manager in Western Australia, says the new CRM tools gives him a comprehensive view of all sales activities and provides big efficiencies around call cycle planning, complaints handling and interaction logging.

“The deployment of the browser-based solution on iPads was an extra bonus and allows our sales reps to access the solution on the road.”

The ‘Best SAP ERP with Channel’ award was for Oxygen’s work helping Pacific Hydro Investments roll out the first phase of its global SAP Business All-in-One (SAP BAiO) solution to its Australian business - establishing a template which will be used for its Chile and Brazil operations.

“Implementing the SAP BAiO solution has allowed us to capture all our Australian business commitments within one system,” says Jeff Grandin, Manager, Systems Development and Business Improvement, for Pacific Hydro.

“We now have visibility of outstanding purchase orders and a view of what our other supplier commitments are. We also have the ability to control budgets and monitor costs much more closely than we did in the past.”
