Cast your mind back. A year ago things looked very different as we teetered on the edge of an economic meltdown. Business confidence was heading south and market conditions were deteriorating rapidly. The ensuing 12 months have been a rollercoaster ride for many organisations, but having weathered the storm, the signs ahead are increasingly positive.
That’s the great thing about business – the playing field is constantly changing, whether it is global financial conditions buffeting your business performance or new competitors entering your market.
