TRILITY selects Oxygen and SAP to deliver integrated operating platform
Australian water utility company TRILITY has selected an SAP Business All-in-One solution implemented by Oxygen Business Solutions to better integrate its business functions and provide improved service to customers.
TRILITY is a full-service water utility company that operates and maintains a total of 60 water, waste water, reuse and desalination plants in five States with a combined capacity of over 1,250 (ML/d).
The company went to market for an advanced business management software solution to extend its leadership position in the water industry, says TRILITY Corporate Planning Manager, Walter Munakata.
“We operate on a national scale and currently have a number of different systems managing our operations, project, finance and business development activities. We wanted a sophisticated system that could connect the various business units within one integrated system in order to improve real time data sharing within the organisation.”
Munakata says the SAP platform will position the company to meet its future growth aspirations.
“The SAP system will allow us to improve our customers’ service.”
Oxygen has completed the scoping phase of the implementation and is undertaking configuration.
The system is expected to go live in March next year.
